Synopsis

Twenty-two-year-old Digger left Afghanistan at 17 and reached Austria in 2015 after three years of travel. He speaks excellent German, has an Austrian girlfriend, and seems close to becoming a true European. But everything changes when his grandfather Haidar arrives illegally via Slovenia and reminds him that, as the only surviving male in the family, he must preserve the family’s name and honor.
