Behind Staragara is a wider family. Over the years, we have grown into an umbrella of production companies — Tramal Films and SPOK Films in Slovenia, and Staragara IT in Italy — each bringing its own voice to a shared vision of what cinema from this region can be.

At the centre is a core team that has worked together for years, through productions, festivals, and everything in between. This is who we are.
